Pickleball, a paddle sport that mixes aspects of tennis, badminton, and Ping-Pong , is one among the fastest growing sports in America. The sport is particularly fashionable older adults because it provides a way for both competition and exercise. Limited research is available on the motivation and perceived benefits of participants in this unique and growing community.
