1st Indian Open Pickleball Championship
The event was organized by All India Pickleball Association (AIPA) and managed by Sports Wizards. It was held at Jamnabai Narsee School, Juhu, Mumbai. Where upto 100 players were participated and 10 to 15 players were come from abroad.
2nd Indian Open Pickleball Championship
The A R Natarajan Memorial Indian Open Pickleball championship was held. This championship was organised by the All India Pickleball Association (AIPA).
According to the tournament director Manish Rao, there were three events -men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles. "The format was league cum knock-out and each event has 32 teams except the women's doubles, which had 16 teams. Twenty international players and 150 players from India were competed in this event," Rao said.
AIPA secretary Sunil Valavalkar said the tournament was a great opportunity for the Indian players to rub shoulders with the internationally-renowned players.
3rd Indian Open Pickleball Championship
Ketu Ram Wadhava Memorial 3rd Indian Open Pickleball Championship 2020 was held in Jaipur (The pink city) Rajasthan. Above 200 players were participated in this tournament.

5 Nationals Tournaments in India
AIPA, All India Pickleball Association, is the governing body for Pickleball in India, which is affiliated to International Federation of Pickleball, USA, founded in the year 2007. The first Senior National Tournament for pickleball was conducted in the year 2013 in Mumbai. In 2006, AIPA successfully organized it’s 4th Senior National Tournament at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur (Rajasthan). In June 2017, the first Junior National Tournament and 1st Federation Cup was organized at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, where 150+ players from all across India were participated.
1ST All India Pickleball Championship (AIPA RYP 1st Ranking Tournament 2019)
This was the first ranking tournament held in Pune, Maharashtra. Where 250 players from all over India were participated. This tournament was the highest paying tournament in India till date. This tournaments’ result was globally announced and according to this the ranking to Indian players has been given.
Maharashtra Super League
The 1st Pickleball Super League was organised with the ‘Big Day Auction’ It was one big step for Pickleball India. The 1st Pickleball Super League was officially announced with the auction of front-rated players of Maharashtra at Khar Gymkhana in Mumbai.
Pickleball, was set to take off in Mumbai in a big way with the country’s top players locking horns in the Ekta World Pickleball Super Cup powered by DCB Bank at the Khar Gymkhana Club was held on 15-17 Nov 2018. The six-team affair, with six players in each team, it was organised by the All-India Pickleball Association (AIPA) along with Sports Cast.
And the Winner of the Pickleball Super League was Super Smashers owned by Dr. Neil Thakur. The Runner's were Ekta Pariwaar.
